Blake Lively had fans wishing to “yell and yell” after spectacular at the It Ends With Us best in Britney Spears 2002 Versace dress.
The 36-year-old actress used the renowned large dress with pink, purple, blue, and green accents, originally used by the 42-year-old pop star for Versaces runway in Milan. As the “Gossip Girl” alum reached the event directing her inner Britney, she shared on her Instagram stories that the “Im a Slave 4 U” hitmaker motivated her to desire to “shimmer.”.

With a picture of the singer grinning as she rocked the gown in the early 2000s, Blake expressed that was the “mood” she was choosing while “Everytime” by the performer played in the background. “The supreme queen who made us all wish to shimmer and write and share our stories,” she composed.

While fangirling over her more youthful days idolizing the pop icon, she shared during an interview with Extra the value of wearing this particular gown to her big night. “This dress implied so much to me because of what she indicated to me … She was simply somebody who represented love, appeal, youth, effort, determination, strength, and she was in touch with her sexuality and her delicacy and she just sort of represented everything.”.
She continued to reveal, “When this gown was available, I resembled, Yes, I require it, and Ive had it, you know, for nearly a year now and Ive been saving it for this … 6 months.”.
Donatella Versace even chose to make a post on Instagram of the Hollywood star and state “@blakelively looking so amazing in a Versace dress a number of you will keep in mind.” She concluded her message with, “seeing this gown on the red carpet today restores a lot of pleased memories. Both ladies wear it with so much love and power.”.
This comes throughout a successful film year for the Gossip Girl actress, as she made her launching as Ladypool in her spouse Ryan Reynolds film Deadpool & & Wolverine, also starring Hugh Jackman.
